Privacy notice
This notice covers enquiries sent through the 3C Collection configurator on the 3C Project website and the separate “Your project” form.
1. Data controller
The data controller is GM Company Srls, Italian VAT/tax number 17278541002, registered tax address Via Cisterna 64, 00048 Nettuno (RM), Italy; operating address Via Santa Maria Goretti 64, 00048 Nettuno (RM), Italy. For requests concerning your personal data: amministrazione@3cproject.com.
2. Data, purposes and legal basis
When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number and town or city, project description, configurator choices and notes. In the separate “Your project” form, you may choose to submit photographs, drawings or PDFs. We use this information to assess your enquiry, contact you, arrange a meeting or site visit where relevant, and prepare a proposal.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are needed so we can reply; other fields and attachments are optional. We do not use enquiry data for advertising.
Generating a configuration PDF on your device does not send an enquiry to 3C Project. The enquiry is transmitted when you press the submit button.
3. Recipients and service providers
Authorised GM Company Srls staff can access your enquiry. We use Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for technical management of enquiries. Attachments sent through the “Your project” form are kept in a private area of the system. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; contact us at the address above for information about the applicable safeguards.
4. Retention
If an enquiry does not become a project, we keep its data and attachments for up to 24 months after the last recorded activity, then delete them. If a contract is formed, the information required to manage it may be kept for applicable legal periods and to protect legal rights.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object where the GDPR provides these rights, by writing to amministrazione@3cproject.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Enquiries are reviewed by the 3C Project team; no decisions are made solely by automated processing.
6. Cookies and technical tools
The website uses technical functions needed for browsing and submitting enquiries. To understand use of the website, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which provides aggregated statistics about visits, page views, referrers and devices without linking them to customer enquiries. We do not use advertising profiling tools. If non-essential tools are added in future, this notice and the available choices will be updated.
